How can I add a new contact?
In this article you will learn how to add a new contact to your account through the use of the light CRM functionality built in to the Orioly application.
- Click on the + icon at the bottom of the main navigation
- From the available options select Contact
- Fill in the available information that you have for the contact details
- Click on Save
Note that if the contact ever creates a booking it will be registered under the contact that you have previously created, as long as the provided email is the same.
You will also have the contact details available when creating a manual booking directly through the application.
