How can I add price categories?
Within this article you will learn how to properly set up your price categories after you have set up your products departures.
If you have not yet, you should first define your departure information, you can reference the How can I add departures to my products? article.
For each of the product types you are able to define one or multiple price categories, and fill in the following information:
- Title – here you will be able to define the name of your price category, such as Adults, Kids, Infants or any other name that best describes what you are selling and who the slot / ticket is meant for.
- Price – here you will be able to define the price of your price category, and note that the price is inclusive of the tax rate.
- Capacity – here you will be able to define the Capacity of / Number of ; available slots / tickets; that can be booked for a particular departure.
Note: If the capacity is left empty and the max capacity is not defined, the maximum capacity for bookings will be set to infinite. - Tax rate – here you will be able to define the tax rate that is included in the price that you have defined earlier.
