How can I rebook a booking?

In case you need to change the departure date and time of a booking, there is no need to create a new one. You can use the rebook option for this purpose.

In this article, you will learn how to rebook an existing booking within Orioly software.

Basic instructions

  1. Login to your Orioly account.
  2. On the main navigation click Bookings.
  3. On this page, you have an overview of all the bookings created. Click the Three dots button next to the departure you want to change and click Rebook.
  4. Choose a new departure date and time for the booking. When you are done click Save.
