How do I find the widget code to add to my website?
Within this article you will learn how to generate or view already generated HTML code or data code that you will need in order to implement a booking widget onto your website.
View the code when creating a product
Once you have gone through all the steps of adding your product and saving the information, you will be presented with a page that contains a button for Website Integration. Click this button to immediately generate the widget and view the code for the product you have just created. Then implement the booking widget code to your website.
View the code later from the Products section
If you haven’t copied the code when creating a product as previously described, you can view the code later for the same product by:
- Navigating to the Products section from the main navigation.
- Clicking on the three dots for the desired product.
- Clicking on the Website Integration option.
From the “My profile” menu
If you have created multiple products and would like to view the HTML code for each of them, you can do so by:
- Clicking on the My profile dropdown in the top right corner of the application.
- Selecting the Widgets & Plugins option.
- Selecting the View All under the widget type.
- Click the Generate new button.
- Choose the product from the dropdown list for which you want to generate the HTML code and edit settings.
- Click Save.
- Click either Copy HTML to clipboard or Copy data code to clipboard.
IMPORTANT: If you have already created widgets and just need to view the code, you can simply click three dots and then View generated code.
