How to use departures calendar?
The main navigation of the Orioly online booking system allows you to access the Dashboard through which you can view the calendar of all departures and easily filter your tours and activities. You not only have a complete overview of your products, but you can use the calendar to better plan your resources and make the right business decisions.
Filters
Filters make it easier for you to manage departures and timetables and are ideal in situations that require a quick response. They allow you to filter by date range, product and departure options, occupancy, categories, product name, internal name, and the number of passengers or guests. Now let’s explain each filter.
Filter by Date Range
If you want to see the departures for a specific date range, you need to click on the calendar icon and choose the date range. Besides the date range, you also have the option to adjust the preview to day, week, or month.
Filter by Product
Orioly allows you the filter by product on the dashboard so the calendar will show you only departure for the chosen product and product options. When it comes to product options, keep in mind that the dropdown first shows active options and then the ones that have expired.
Filter by Occupancy
If you want to filter departures by occupancy, within this filter, you can choose to see:
- the departures that have no bookings and the occupancy is 0% (green),
- partially occupied departures with 1-99% occupancy (orange),
- fully booked departures with 100% occupancy (red)
- closed departures whose availability you have closed for online bookings (grey).

For example, if you want to see all departures in a certain week that are partially or completely occupied or compare the number of guests on each departure, advanced filtering options will allow you to do the above.
