Orioly features part 4. – Mobile App

Mobile applications are an indispensable part of our lives. We use them for organization, entertainment, shopping, and work. The Orioly mobile app is no exception.

If you are involved in the tours and activities industry, it is paramount for you to follow up on reservations, payments, and data updates all the time.

While in the field, you need a reliable solution to solve tasks quickly and efficiently.

And this is where the Orioly mobile app comes in handy.

In this blog, we will show you how to download it, register, and make the most of all its functionalities.

If you are selling outdoor activities, probably you use your mobile to perform your daily tasks. It is a great tool to keep you productive while on the field.

It gives you flexibility and mobility. Also, it helps you manage your bookings more quickly.

Advantages of the Orioly mobile application

The Orioly mobile application offers all the benefits mentioned before, plus the ones that follow:

  • Manage your reservations and departures on the spot and have an overview of your bookings
  • View guest information through a user-friendly interface
  • Manage departures in one place, through the dashboard, and add new reservations
  • Add payments, print invoices, and send a confirmation email to your guests from your mobile
  • Scan vouchers (QR code)
  • For now, a new version for Android with additional functionalities is available, and a new version for iOS will be released soon.

How to download and run the application

If you have Android, go to Google play, search for Orioly and click install.

Once you download the app, log in with your credentials—the same used for the Orioly desktop version.

Note: The mobile application is available exclusively within the Growth and Business packages.

How to make the most of the Orioly mobile application

We will introduce you to the features of the Orioly mobile application and explain how they work.


When you open Orioly, you will see a dashboard that shows all departures for the current week. You can filter them by products and occupancy.


In the dashboard section, there is also a calendar where you can see the departures for the upcoming period and their occupancy rate.

By clicking on an individual departure, you can see its details and, if necessary, block the departure with one click.

While in the departure details, you can add a new reservation by clicking “+”.

The process of adding a new reservation is simple:

  1. Choose the number of guests, click “Next”,
  2. Enter contact information
  3. Answer questions related to the guests (do they have any health problems, do they need a transfer, etc.)
  4. Indicate whether it is a payment by cash, credit card or reservation
  5. Add payment notes


When you click on reservations in the menu, you will see an overview of all your bookings. You can filter reservations by period or status.

This way, you can see which reservations are paid, which are still waiting for payment, which received a deposit, which have not been paid at all, and which are canceled.

With the help of the search engine available in the application, you can quickly and easily find the desired reservations by guest or tour name.

You can view each reservation individually and see details related to it:

  • Date and time of departure
  • The amount paid or which guest still needs to pay
  • Contact information about your guests
  • The answer to questions made during the booking, such as information about a health problem or need for transfer
  • Whether the guest has booked any add-ons to the tour, such as souvenir shopping, lunch, or additional tickets.

In addition, you can see what discounts are available for a specific reservation, and also the booking fees and other taxes related to it.

You can print an invoice from the reservation or send a confirmation email by clicking on the printer icon.

You will also have access to a link for online payment if guests want to pay by credit card. After making the payment, the reservation will update automatically, and the status will change to paid.


With Orioly mobile application, you can scan the QR codes present on the voucher. 

This is very useful as you can check a reservation status only with your mobile camera.

New reservation

By clicking on “New reservation”, you select the product on which you want to add a new reservation.

After selecting the product, you choose the desired departure and the number of guests. Next, add the contact information and details about the reservation or payment.

If necessary, add a note related to the reservation and click “Finish” at the end.

More features

By clicking on the three dots in the lower right corner, a window opens with information about the selected product, for example, a tour description.

You can add a new departure on an individual product by filling in the product’s internal name and the information that will be visible to the guest.

Enter an external name through which you can add two departures, such as allowing the guest to choose whether they want to go on a full-day or half-day tour.

Then add other information that is visible to the guest, such as the duration of the tour or the periods when it is available.

After that, select the active days and times of departure and add price categories (if it is a tour for adults and/or children, set the price for each type and the VAT rate).

In addition, you can add group prices and discounts, including the option of a private departure, and set the maximum capacity, i.e. the maximum number of guests who can attend the tour.

After you have filled it all in, click “Save”.
