Orioly is continually improving the user experience for tour operators, travel agencies, and their guests. In this blog, we present the latest features and improvements designed to streamline the sales, booking, and management of tours.
Tour operators can now assign coupons to partners, choose to display or hide availability on the booking widget, provide confirmation emails and documents in Polish, use the improved POS Desk application, and define mandatory and optional answers to guest questions. These enhancements offer greater flexibility and improved support for our system users.
Orioly’s partnership functionality allows tour operators to connect with travel agencies and other partners who want to resell their tours, excursions, activities, or tickets to attractions and events. Read more about it here.
A valuable addition to this functionality is that partners can now apply coupons to reservations if enabled, allowing organizers to expand their sales channels.
Benefits: Partners can run various promotional campaigns to stimulate demand for the experiences they resell. The promo code can be applied either when manually entering a reservation on the agent’s account or directly by the guest when booking online.

Previously, when making an online reservation on the Orioly widget, guests could see how many spots were occupied and how many were still available during the step of choosing the departure time.
However, as some tour organizers prefer not to display this information due to competitive reasons, the new version allows you to choose whether or not to display this information when creating a widget in your user account.
Benefit: You have the flexibility to either show availability to guests or hide it, making it visible only to you.

Orioly online booking system allows your guests to select their preferred language when making reservations. Polish has recently been added to the language options in the Orioly booking widget.
Consequently, all information, including the confirmation email and attached reservation documents such as invoices and vouchers, will be available in Polish, automatically translated.
Benefit: This functionality enables guests to receive confirmation emails and all reservation documents in their language, enhancing communication.

Users can now access the Orioly POS Desk interface on tablets or other touch devices, allowing employees to accept reservations on-site—such as at an attraction or departure point for a boat tour—apply promo codes, and record payment methods.
Additionally, an external POS application can be installed on various LCS kiosks, enabling guests to make reservations on the spot in locations like hotels or public areas.
The POS application allows guests to book all tours for which the organizer has enabled visibility and to select their preferred language for making the reservation.
Benefits: The POS Desk application simplifies the booking process, providing guests with all necessary information about the tour, including descriptions, details of what is included and excluded, available dates, prices, and additional options. After making a reservation, guests receive a confirmation email with a link for online card payment.

When organizing a tour, it is essential to gather feedback from guests on key issues such as mobility challenges, health concerns, food allergies, or the need for additional transportation services.
Orioly now enables guests to answer these questions during the reservation process, ensuring the organizer has all necessary information in one place, which simplifies organizational tasks. The new feature in Orioly allows you to define whether answers to each question are mandatory or optional.
Benefits: This functionality streamlines the tour organization process by allowing the organizer to determine which questions require mandatory answers and which are optional. It also gives guests the option to skip questions that are not mandatory.

With these latest enhancements, Orioly offers even more possibilities for tour operators, travel agencies, and their guests. The new coupon assignment feature strengthens partner cooperation, while the improved POS Desk application facilitates easier and faster on-site booking.
By allowing users to display availability on the widget, customize the language of confirmation emails and documents, and define mandatory and optional questions for guests, Orioly continues to provide superior support and ease of use.
These improvements ensure our customers have all the tools they need to successfully manage their business and keep their guests satisfied.
