PAYMENT

What is included in the One-time setup fee?

  • Creating an Orioly account, entering general account data (tax rates, currency) and company information
  • Online payment system integration (does not include creating a user account with the online payment service provider, but only connecting to the Orioly system via API)
  • Placing the brand (logo) of the company on the reservation documents
  • Placing a link to the general terms and conditions of business (that will be displayed to the guest so that they can read before accepting)
  • Initial product setup (tours/activities) within Orioly (adding basic information, departures, defining booking options, setting prices, fees and add ons, as well as questions for guests).
  • Advice on "Book now" widget website implementation and the booking engine testing
PAYMENT

How do I receive payments for online bookings?

In order to enable payments you need to set up one of the available payments gateways. Orioly currently supports PayPal, Braintree, MercadoPago, Mollie, Payyo and Stripe.

Does your pricing include payment gateway fees too?

The pricing for the packages does not include payment gateway fees. However, you can transfer this cost to your customer by setting up a reservation fee.

Should I pay commission for online bookings?

The choice is yours, you can decide to cover that cost but you can also incorporate this fee into your customers booking cost by setting up a reservation fee.

I have tours and activities listed on Viator and other OTAs, can I connect my existing offers to Orioly?

Orioly comes with an OTA Channel Manager feature which allows you to manage your offer from one place. The Channel Manager connects your Orioly account with Viator, GetYourGuide, TourRadar, Musement, Expedia and many other top OTAs.
