Why does my contact have a booking status none?
In this article you will learn why some of your contacts, when looking at the Contacts page, have their booking status defined as None.
Manually created contact
Within the Orioly application, you have the option, through the use of the CRM feature to add contacts to your account that do not have any bookings registered on your Orioly account.
Travelers as contacts
When creating a manual booking through the application, and when defining the price categories that will be booked, you have the option to directly define the name and the email, associated with each price category / traveler. If you defined the information for the travelers then they will be added to your Contacts list with the status of None.
